39th Annual General Meeting

The 39th Annual General Meeting of the Bahamas Law Enforcement Co-operative Credit Union Ltd will be held on Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at 8:00 am at The Rose Garden, Police Headquarters, East Street, Nassau, Bahamas for the following purposes:

1. To receive the Report from the Board of Directors

2. To receive the 2023 Audited Financial Statements

3. To discuss and approve the 2025 Budget

4. To elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors

5. To elect two (2) members to the Supervisory Committee

6. To elect three (3) members to the Credit Committee

7. To take action on all matters that may come before the meeting

ALL members are encouraged to attend.
