40th Annual General Meeting

The 40th Annual General Meeting of the Bahamas Law Enforcement Co-operative Credit Union Ltd will be held on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 at 8:00 am at The Courtyard Marriott, West Bay Street, Nassau, Bahamas for the following purposes:

1. To receive the Report from the Board of Directors

2. To receive the 2024 Audited Financial Statements

3. To discuss and approve the 2026 Budget

4. To elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors

5. To elect one (1) member to the Supervisory Committee

6. To elect one (1) member to the Credit Committee

7. To take action on all matters that may come before the meeting

ALL members are encouraged to attend.
