41st Annual General Meeting

The 41st Annual General Meeting of the Bahamas Law Enforcement Co-operative Credit Union Ltd will be held on Saturday, May 9th, 2026 at 8:00 am at The Nassau Training Agency, Gladstone Road, Nassau, Bahamas for the following purposes:

1. To receive the Report from the Board of Directors

2. To receive the 2025 Audited Financial Statements

3. To discuss and approve the 2027 Budget

4. To elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors

5. To elect two (2) members to the Supervisory Committee

6. To elect two (2) members to the Credit Committee

7. To take action on all matters that may come before the meeting

ALL members are encouraged to attend.
